Used on rooftops of both commercial and residential properties, Asbestos Cement Roofing usually contains a mixture of Chrysotile, Amosite, and Crocidolite asbestos fibers. A deteriorated and weathered roof in some cases cannot be sealed and requires being replaced. Slag inside guttering or dripping off the edges of these sheets is an indication that removal is required. A class (B) Asbestos Licence holder is required to handle or remove.
